This male Black Petaltail, Tanypteryx hageni was found by Kathy Biggs on Pine Flat Rd., above Healdsburg in Sonoma County, CA at a little stream near the upper pond on June 4, 2003. This is only the 2nd site where this species has been found in Sonoma Co. and this is the county's voucher specimen.
